Flower Mound Police Association

The mission of the Flower Mound Police Association (FMPA) is to:
Promote health, security, economic, cultural, legislative, education, social, political and recreational interest of its membership, their families, and others.
Preserve and strengthen comradery among its membership.
Improve working conditions as related to salary, hours of work, and job security.
Better the living conditions of its membership, their families and others.
Raise the public image of its membership through contact with our community which is benevolent, educational, charitable, civic, patriotic and fraternal.
